Tony Morris is a personal trainer, conditioning coach, diet and supplement guru and a master motivator. Working with Tony means getting results fast. He’s the most intense trainer I know, but he’s the opposite of in your face. Tony has a gift for motivating clients by simply talking you through a set. For many of us, that’s what we really need. We need to not only focus on the muscle, but also on the bigger picture. I’ll be training super heavy and I can hear Tony’s voice focusing me on the muscle and feeling it work and at the same time asking me to give just a little bit more of myself. That’s why Tony stays shredded year round and always leads by example.
