We’ve all been sick, injured, taken extended vacations or have lost motivation at some point in life. What’s important is that we don’t stay there for long. Don’t let the task at hand overwhelm you. Take it one day at a time, gradually progressing each and every day. Just like you had to crawl before you could walk, now you have to walk before you can run. Take one step at a time by making healthier dietary decisions and looking at it not as a diet but a healthier way of life. Once you get the momentum going, it get’s more and more easy to stay on track. The more you see your body change, the more fun it gets. Hang in there, don’t get discouraged and surround yourself with like minded people. No matter where you are, it’s never too late to start, you can only get better from where you are now.
