Sprint to (MHR) max heart rate of approximately 184 BPM
Back to (THR) 135 BPM
Then back to (MHR) 184 BPM
I performed this interval set 10 times in 45min on the treadmill by spiking my HR with lateral plyometrics / running backwards / boxing / dancing and skipping. It was quite a show. I encourage you to put on a show as well. Make it fun and enjoy the process, I guaranty you’ll love the way you feel!
